Create a Model

https://api.lumeo.com/v1/apps/{application_id}/models

Create a Model. The response object's weights_file_url (and metadata_file_url if a metadata filename was given) will be presigned so the corresponding files can be uploaded there with a simple PUT request. The URL is valid for 24 hours.
