Notifications Inbox

User

Notifications may be received by any user on an organization's account.

If users are do not have any assigned role, they will only be able to view received notifications and will not be able to access other parts of the app.

Push Notifications

In order to send Push notifications to Lumeo's mobile apps, you will need to add a Trigger Email alert node to your analytics, configure it with the email address of the user(s) on your account and select Push as the channel. Push Notifications will be delivered to the user as long as they have been added to your organization's Lumeo account.

Push notifications may contain images, text or video clips based on the configuration of this node.

This gives you complete control over who receives what notifications and the notification content.

Notifications Inbox

The Notifications Inbox tab on the mobile app saves received notifications for 24 hours and then automatically clears them.

Notifications-only mode

If a user is added to your organization, but does not have any assigned Roles (see Role Based Access Control), they will only be able to access the Notifications Inbox section of the mobile app and receive any notifications sent to their email address.

This makes it easy for you to provide notifications-only access to certain members of your organization without giving them full access to your Lumeo account. Such users will not be able to log into Lumeo's web console; they are only able to receive push notifications & view embedded message and media.
