Lumeo can import and process Rhombus's Secure Raw Streams with an on-premise Gateway or Rhombus's Shared Camera Streams with a Lumeo Cloud Gateway .

Use Secure Raw Stream URLs with a On-premise Lumeo Gateway

Use Static IP addresses for Rhombus Cameras when generating Secure Raw Streams

Since the camera's local IP address is encoded in the Rhombus Secure Raw Stream URLs you will configure in Lumeo, you should setup your cameras with static IP addresses to ensure they do not change after being configured.

1. As a first step, follow this guide to generate a Secure Raw Stream URL for each of the cameras you wish to configure in Lumeo: Rhombus Secure Raw Stream Guide
2. The URL you will get will look like this:
   https://192-168-5-23.lan.rhombus.com:8000/WOkqENXn0iVg/9h0fJgIK6EAclcQ/h264
3. Configure this URL as the Stream URL for a new stream in Lumeo console -> Deploy -> Streams. Detailed instructions under Camera & Streams guide -> Stream setup section. Be sure to set the correct local Gateway when creating the stream. This stream is only accessible from a Gateway present on the local network.

Use Shared Stream URLs with a Lumeo Cloud Gateway

1. Generate a Rhombus API key with Device (View and Manage) and Video (Share & Download) permissions, and provide it to the URL generator below. Hit Fetch Cameras button.
2. Pick the camera you wish to import into Lumeo and then click the "Generate shared cloud stream for Lumeo" button. This will generate a URL you can copy into Lumeo. The URL will look something like this:
   https://media.rhombussystems.com/media/raw/share/live.m3u8?x-auth-scheme=share-raw&x-share-type=stream&x-share-id=xxxxxxxxxx
3. Configure this URL as the Stream URL for a new stream in Lumeo console -> Deploy -> Streams. Detailed instructions under Camera & Streams guide -> Stream setup section.

Note: Do not use the shared stream URL generated from Rhombus console here. Use the URL generated by the tool below. This URL will let Lumeo pull the video stream from Rhombus cloud.
